Great People/Companies Deserve Great People
Over the years, I have spent time observing top-notch companies such as Southwest Airlines, The Ritz Carleton and Plante Moran, among others. One thing I’ve noticed is that these companies tend to hire outstanding people.
Too often, I come across great people who are working for less-than-great companies, and vice versa. In March 2012, I encouraged my readers not to settle for less than the best.
I have committed myself to connecting great people with great companies. While I hate to use clichés, it’s a fact that when great people combine their collective experiences and skills, one plus one equals three.
