Top of Mind issues/thoughts
Editorial Comments: This will be a chance for Members to clear their minds, so they can focus on the meeting. Maybe we will do a roundtable answering a question: What went right or wrong in your business in the past month? Consider sharing a business & personal positive.
8:15am – 9:30am
Business Topic Presentation & Group Discussion
Editorial Comments: This would be a combination of talking head/teaching (Aaron, Tom or Outside Speaker) and group discussion after the presentation with a focus on gaining one new idea that the Member can incorporate into their business.
Provide time for each Member to jot down an action step for their business.
9:30am – 10:30am
Personal/Leadership Presentation & Group Discussion
Editorial Comments: This would be a combination of talking head/teaching (Aaron, Tom or Outside Speaker) and group discussion after the presentation with a focus on gaining one new idea that the Member can incorporate into their personal life/leadership.
Provide time for each Member to jot down an action step they can personally take.
10:30am – 11am
Group Discussion of Specific Business Issue at a Member company.
Editorial Comment: Before each meeting, we would solicit Members for topics and select one.
